Review – Jordan Symonds

Our julebord trip was so incredible that my family wants to come all the way from Maine, USA to do the same trip with Jakobsbakken Mt. Resort.

After landing in Bodø and meeting the most friendly face, Erik, we didn’t waste any time getting the adrenaline pumping. We went on an arctic safari and saw sea eagles and the world’s largest Saltstraumen. We went on a tour of Lapland in a helicopter. We got to drive dog sleds under the Northern Lights and spent hours cozying up by the fire with native Sami people.

We were spoiled with a team of chefs during our entire stay and the resort itself was hard to leave. The accommodations were perfect for a large group whose priority was spending time together. Erik and his family felt like a member of the CompEdge crew during our time and I know I will be back to Jakobsbakken to see them again someday.
